LIFE: Run, baby lizard...RUN!!!!!! (BBC's Planet Earth 2)

I recently saw a video clip on Facebook about newly hatched baby lizards being chased by super fast snakes. It was more intense than any movie I've ever seen. It's just like the nightmares that I used to have but instead of being chased by snakes, I've always had nightmares of being chased by crocodiles when I was younger.

I did some googling and found out that the video clip was a snippet of a series on BBC called "Planet Earth 2". The video was set on Galapagos Island, an episode where they featured ISLANDS. The baby lizard got caught by the snakes and I thought it was game over but, it miraculously managed to escape death's grip. WOW!!!

Let's all strive to be like this baby lizard and never surrender & never give up on life.

I just completed watching the ISLAND Episode. Featured island are:

• Escudo Island off the coast of Panama
• Komodo Island of Indonesia
• Madagascar Island of Africa
• Fernandina of Galapagos Island
• Sub-Antartic Island of New Zealand
• Seychelles Island coast of East Africa
• Christmas Island in the Indian Ocean
• Zavodovski in the Southern Ocean

Each island had showcased animals that made those island their sanctuary. Looking at the full episode, the penguins of Zavodovski made a huge impression on me. Not because the island stinks a lot due to sulphur & bird-poop. But, you got to the admire the penguin's tenacity. Risking their lives every single day, day in & day out for food & family. Not to mention the treacherous commute.
